Through Flits App Admin you can adjust customer's credit in the following ways:
i. Using Customers List (From Customers Page)
ii. Using Adjust Credit button on Customer's Profile (From Customer's View Profile Page)
Step 1: Open your Flits Application.
Step 2: Select Customers menu from the left side navigation.
Step 3: On Customers page, you can see Customers list. Refer blow page.
Step 4: On the 4th Action column you can see Adjust Credit and View Profile button.
1. Using the Adjust Credit button of Customers Page
To adjust credit of a customer click on the Adjust Credit button along with the customer's name. Once you click it, you will see one pop-up as shown in the below image.
2. Using Adjust Credit button on Customer's Profile
To adjust credit of a customer click on the View Profile button along with the customer's name. Once you click it, you will see that customer's profile. In the customer's detail section, you can see an Adjust Credit button. Click on that button to adjust credit manually.
Step 6: Using the Adjust Customer's Credit Balance popup, you can adjust credit with a reason.
Step 7: Click the Apply button, to perform Credit Adjustment.
Note: Manual Credit adjustment feature is for Business and Enterprise Plan users only.
