Introduction

This article will cover inclusions and exclusions in the free plan along with eligibility requirements

The free plan has limited features of the customer account page and premium tools. You can access all the features available in this plan.

During the free trial: any user can select the free plan and access the features available in the free plan.

After the free trial ends: users with less than 1000 customers can continue using the plan.

Users will more than 1000 customers will be asked to upgrade the plan as per their customer count.

You can cancel the free plan at any time. There are no charges for cancellations.

Upgradation of free plan

Once the customer count is more than 1000 you will be asked to upgrade the plan depending on the customer count.
