This FAQ aims to guide merchants on integrating a third-party mail platform for enhanced mail notifications through Flits. The integration not only facilitates smoother communication but also enables merchants to send mail notifications for credit activity.

Q. How can I integrate a third-party mail platform to send mail notifications through Flits?

  1. Merchants can suggest their preferred mail platform, such as Klaviyo, Contlo, Gmail, etc. The Flits support team will assist them in setting up the integration..

You can use the Flits’ mail editor to set up notifications for credit activities. 

Steps to Set Up Mail Notifications:

  1. Navigate to Admin > Notifications > Mail notifications > Settings

  1. Click settings to access the set up and templates option.

Click on mail domain setup to configure setup with existing third party mail options (Mailgun, Mandrill, Sparkpost and, Gmail/Gsuite

Once the mail domain is set up, go to templates to access the store credits’ mail editor. 

On clicking on the desired trigger a mail editor will open, here you can edit and set content for the mail notifications.

To enable the content - click on Activate. 


Content Tip : If you edit the mail content, try to work around the existing variables.
