Introduction

Through Flits and judge.me integration store owners can give rewards credit for review which you can place on products.

Steps to  activate Flits and Judge.Me integration

Step 1: Click on integrations from left side navigation under Flits app

Step 2: Locate Judge.me on the integration page and click ‘Connect’

If judge.me is not installed on your store then the click will redirect you to the judge.me installation page. 

If Judge.me is installed on your store, the click will redirect you to the judge.me app admin

Step 3. Locate general settings in Judge.me app admin in left side navigation. (Install judge me if it isn't installed and follow the same step) 

Step 4: Click on the Integrations section from the top menu.

Step 5: Click on Admin Backend of the Integration section.

On the Admin Backend page, scroll down to the "Reward App Integration" section to enable Flits integration. Refer below image.

Step 6: Click on "Please click here to get your API token automatically".
Note: Once you click on the above-mentioned link, you will redirect to another page. Refresh that page and go to the Reward App Integration section, and locate Flits .

Step 7: After successfully receiving Flits API token and User ID you may reward your customers for reviewing products of your store. 

Note: Product Review Credit will be received based on the Rewards Conditions selected in Judge.me application settings. You can review these conditions from Settings >> Reward Conditions. 

Make sure to set up Product review credits in Flits Store credits >> Earning rules. 

Please verify Reward Conditions in Judge.me admin and Credit conditions in Product Review Credit Rule of Flits admin, to ensure which customers will receive product review credit.
