Introduction


This article will explain how store owners can easily download invoices for the purchases made on their Shopify store.


Note: The invoice feature is available only for Business and Enterprise Plans.


Steps to set up the Invoice feature

  1. To set up the Invoice feature , go to Customer account page > Invoice > click Setup button.

  1. From Invoice Settings, you can set up details for your invoice like choose colour according to your brand, insert Logo and Signature image and edit address. You can download invoice in any of the three order states- Placed, Paid, or Fulfilled.

    Note: After adding required details, use 'click here' to preview the invoice sample.

  1. Activate the feature and download invoice from Shopify store > Orders > Click on the order you wish to generate the invoice for > More actions > Download invoice.

    Note: Ensure that pop-ups are allowed to display and download invoices.
